Have ordered from here many times. Try order directly from their website to save them some money. This time there was an item missing. Called the store and talked to a young lady who literally said, “there’s nothing I can do since you ordered from our website. We can’t do refunds.” Explain that one. Told me I’d have to come back someday and ask for one. Nice.
Asked her to put someone else in the phone thinking surely it couldn’t get worse. Wrong. Was introduced to “Bill” who told me the same thing and said there was no manager around because “he left a few hours ago.” Told Bill (not so nicely) that this was unacceptable.
Not once did either of these bozos utter the words “I’m sorry” or “sorry to hear that.” It was all about “there’s nothing we can do.” I’d chalk it up to poor training though having spoken to “Bill” I’m not sure training would be successful.
Sadly, that’s the last order I’ll ever place with these guys. That’s what I get for trying to help a small biz save money.

I ordered ahead of time. Only one of the drinks was made. Then realized, the one drink was missing boba. The employee made a new drink and remade the other one.
